555 Kelly Avenue - Affordable Housing RFQ

The City of Half Moon Bay is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking qualified candidates to develop Affordable Housing on a City-owned parcel located at 555 Kelly Avenue in Half Moon Bay. The City will consider a range of affordable housing types, target populations, and project configurations.  Maximizing the number of affordable housing units is a priority. Submittals are due by 5:00 PM Monday May 23, 2022. (The deadline has been extended two weeks from the original May 9th date.)
